Yes, 100% free — always. Drivers can create a profile, browse jobs, apply, and chat with companies without paying anything. We only charge companies.
How does the match score work? +
Our algorithm scores each driver 0-100% based on 5 criteria: license compatibility, qualifications (CQC, ADR), experience type and years, location proximity, and availability timing. Companies see candidates ranked by score.
Which licenses and certifications do you track? +
We track all European driving licenses (B, C, C1, CE, D, DE), plus CQC for goods and passengers, ADR (hazmat), and digital tachograph cards — all with expiry dates and automatic renewal reminders.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Subscriptions will be month-to-month with no long-term contracts, and you'll be able to cancel anytime. Billing isn't live yet, we're onboarding companies directly, so reach out to info@tirwork.com to get started.
Which countries are supported? +
TIRwork is available across all of Europe. The app supports 7 languages (English, Italian, Romanian, Arabic, Albanian, Russian, Ukrainian) and drivers can set their preferred work zone anywhere on the continent.
How quickly will I receive applications? +
When you publish a job, matching drivers are notified inside the app and can apply right away. You will typically start seeing applications from interested drivers over the following hours and days.
