To post a job listing, log in to your company account, navigate to the Dashboard, and click "Create New Listing." Fill in the required details such as job title, required licenses, location, and contract type.
Our matching algorithm scores each driver-job pair on a scale of 0-100% based on license compatibility, geographic proximity, experience, availability, and transport preferences.
TIRwork is free for drivers. Companies choose from Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans, see the Pricing page for details. Billing launches later; we're onboarding founding companies directly.
Once a driver applies to your job listing, a chat thread is automatically created. You can review their profile, match score, and start a conversation directly within TIRwork.
Subscriptions are month-to-month and you'll be able to cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Billing isn't live yet, contact info@tirwork.com to get set up.
TIRwork is available across Europe. We support 7 languages (English, Italian, Romanian, Arabic, Albanian, Russian, Ukrainian) and listings span multiple European countries.
