To post a job listing, log in to your company account, navigate to the Dashboard, and click "Create New Listing." Fill in the required details such as job title, required licenses, location, and contract type. Your listing will be published immediately and matched with eligible drivers using our AI algorithm.

Our AI matching algorithm scores each driver-job pair on a scale of 0–100% based on license compatibility, geographic proximity, years and type of experience, availability, and transport preferences. Drivers see jobs ranked by their match score, and companies see applicants ranked the same way — so the best fits rise to the top.

TIRwork is completely free for drivers. For companies, we offer several subscription tiers: a Free plan with limited listings, a Starter plan for small fleets, a Professional plan with full AI matching and analytics, and an Enterprise plan with dedicated support and custom integrations. Once a driver applies to your job listing, a chat thread is automatically created between you and the driver. You can review their profile, match score, and qualifications, then start a real-time conversation directly within TIRwork. All communication stays secure and organized inside the platform.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

TIRwork is currently focused on the European market, with primary operations in Italy and expanding to other EU countries. The platform is available in English, Italian, Romanian, Arabic, and Albanian. If your country is not yet covered, sign up anyway — we are growing fast and will notify you as soon we launch in your region.
